ClaimLogic is a cloud-based software application that provides delay analysis tools for construction professionals. The Service allows users to upload schedule files, perform time impact analysis, and generate reports.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Subscription and Payments

ClaimLogic offers subscription-based pricing:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evant Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
